RULES AND REGULATIONS

RULING DATE FEBUARY, 2010
- Member dues must be current to pull at any
Tractor Club event (no exceptions).
- No tractor newer than 1960
- NHATC pulls are based on:

+ No Tractor over 12,500 lbs. will be allowed to pull in competition. + Two tractors in a class will consist of an official pull.
- The pulling committee will have the privilege of re- weighing a tractor and disqualifying driver.

ONLY TRACK PERSONEL
are allowed in the pulling area during the pulls unless approved by the pulling committee.
- On deck tractor must stay at the gate until the Flagman notifies the driver to enter the Pulling area.
- All tractor drivers
MUST PAY ATTENTION to the FLAGMAN. Discrepancies between the driver and the Flagman must be brought to the attention of the Pulling Committee before the end of the class.
- Tractor must be in Neutral and hands off controls when being hooked and unhooked to sled. Flagman will take notice.
- The first pull in each class will be a test pull determined by the Pulling Committee.
- The driver has the option of stopping on or before the
25ft mark and pulling again at the starting line. This can only happen one time.
- Once driver starts their pull, there will be
NO SHIFTING of gears or ranges including tractors with
TORQUE
AMPLIFIERS, ETC.
- If either tractor or sled hits the white line,
it will be disqualified.
- Each tractor will be allowed to participate in only one weight class with the same driver during weighed in with. The winner of the weight class has the option to pull in the next weight class up without adding weights.
- Anyone pulling must be 12 years of age or approved by the Pulling Committee.
- No chains, no half- tracks, no dual wheels. And no four-wheel drives. ( 4wd is allowed as long as it is in 2wd)
- No modified tires (cut), Stock tires and rims only.
- All tractors must have working brakes.
- All tractors should have a secure throttle system. No governor overrides.
NO MODERN DAY ENGINE MODIFICATIONS.
- Gas tractors cannot use any Aviation fuel, cam-2 fuel, racing fuel, or additives for octane booster only 94 oct. or less.

NO PASSENGERS ON TRACTORS!!!!!
- During pulling events there will be no unnecessary riding on grounds.
- No front, rear, or mid mount attachments.

NO ALCOHLIC BEVERAGES IN OR AROUND PULLING AREA. NOTE: Driver may be disqualified if
INTOXICATED. This will be determined by the Pulling Committee.
- These rules are in place to offer fairness at NEW HAMPSHIRE ANTIQUE TRACTOR CLUB (NHATC) events. The policy chosen for enforcing these rules is the HONOR system. Upon reading these rules, if you believe your tractor is not in compliance, please contact a member of the pulling committee.
- Pulling committee will make decisions on all rulings.
- Chairperson will have final say.
